02What data we collect and why

2.1. Email and phone contact

When you contact us about a quote, order or question, we may process your name or company name, email address, phone number, message content, project details and, where needed for an order, delivery or invoice data.

Purpose: replying to your inquiry, preparing a quote, completing an order and issuing accounting documents.

2.2. Technical data

Our hosting provider may automatically store technical data in server logs, including IP address, visit date and time, browser type, operating system and referrer address. This data is used only for website security and correct operation.

03Legal basis

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to perform a contract or take steps before entering into a contract.
• Article 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with legal obligations, including accounting and tax obligations.

• Order and invoice data is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
• Server logs are usually kept for up to 12 months.
• Cookie information is kept according to the periods listed below.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
